Love the article in the new NAIS magazine. I am doing my Executive MBA with Loyola College, and leadership for change was our first module. This piece is DIRECTLY at the heart of what we learned through so many great resources (including "5 Dysfunctions of a Team"), and really puts a stamp on what we need to do to reform our schools...Thanks!
